About the Executive Coach role:

  • As an Executive Coach with us, you will have the opportunity to work with 80-100 B2B SaaS Founders and be part of a team that has helped over 2,000 SaaS founders scale their businesses beyond what they thought possible
  • You will have 5+ years of experience in the SaaS industry and proven coaching experience with B2B SaaS Founders

Solely focus on coaching and empowering B2B SaaS Founders:

  • You can fully concentrate on coaching and helping founders achieve their goals, without any distractions from sales, marketing, or administrative duties
  • You will also manage an account manager as a direct report, who will act as an assistant, supporting you as you support our clients

You’ll succeed as an Executive Coach if you have held any of the following titles:

  • Founder, Co-Founder
  • C-Suite (CEO, CSO, COO, CMO, CPO)
  • Fractional C-suite (CTO, CXO)
  • Director/Vice President of Client Success, Operations, Analytics, Marketing & Community, Product & Community Partnerships, Innovation
  • Startup or Board Advisor

Compensation:

$181,000 OTE USD 
[$100,000 base + $81,000 in variable compensation]
