About the Outbound Recruiter role:
You will play a key part in building our internal recruitment agency, ensuring that we are consistently attracting world-class talent.
Your ability to create and maintain a talent pool will directly impact our ability to hire quickly and efficiently.

Follow and create SOPs for Outbound Recruitment
You’ll succeed as an Outbound Recruiter if you:
3+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment, preferably within SaaS or high-growth tech environments
Strong proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruitment tools
Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines for various roles.
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on building strong relationships
Familiarity with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and ability to leverage data for recruitment optimization
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
A proactive mindset, with a passion for seeking out new talent and building strong candidate relationships
