This contract role is centered on delivering top-tier talent for all outbound recruitment requests, with a primary focus on Director to C-suite positions. Your established networks and expertise will enable you to consistently provide just-in-time talent, ensuring our leadership roles are filled efficiently and effectively.

You’ll succeed as a Senior Outbound Recruiter if you:
6+ years of proven experience in outbound recruitment, with a focus on leadership roles
Strong proficiency in sourcing and securing candidates through well-established networks and recruitment tools
Demonstrated success in filling Director to C-suite positions
Ability to work independently and deliver results in a commission-based environment
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
