If you don't meet the minimum criteria, don't worry - our team will give you constructive feedback on which area of the business you should improve before you reapply.

During the follow-up call, we want to get to know you better and understand your personal goals and aspirations for your business. We're excited to hear about your vision and the impact you want to make in your industry. If all goes well on this call, you'll move on to the final stage of the acceptance process.

We take our selection process seriously, which is why all Boardroom applicants must meet with Dan Martell for an approval call. If you get the green light from Dan, take a minute to celebrate - it’s an incredible honor and you’re about to begin a journey to achieve growth you may not have thought was possible. We'll reach out to schedule your kickoff call and begin your onboarding process into the program.

After your onboarding process is complete, you'll receive an invitation to all Momentum Calls and events for the year.

Depending on when you join, your first interaction with the group may be at an event or on a Momentum Call with your assigned mastermind group. These calls are a unique opportunity for you to dig deep with your fellow members and tackle your most pressing business challenges together.

During the call, you'll have the chance to share your recent wins and top challenges, and receive valuable feedback and advice from your group. We encourage you to lean in, ask for what you need most, and be open to new perspectives and ideas.

At Boardroom, nothing is off the table - you can discuss anything from personal growth to professional development. Our goal is to provide a supportive and collaborative community where you can thrive in every area of your life.

There are two event types in Boardroom - Intensives and Midsessions. The 2023 Intensives will be taking place on these dates:

• February 6th & 7th in Nashville, TN
• June 8th & 9th in Boston, MA
• October 19th & 20th in Scottsdale, AZ

Our Intensives are not your typical conferences - they're an immersive experience that will challenge you to step outside your comfort zone, push past limiting beliefs, and become the best version of yourself. With world-class content, guest experts, and exclusive experiences, you'll leave each Intensive feeling inspired, energized, and a renewed sense of confidence to take your business to new heights.

Midsessions are held online, 3x per year to keep you connected, motivated, and growing. These half-day events are designed to give you the exact tools and insights you need in the moment to keep driving velocity in the business. You'll hear from guest experts and consultants, top performers in the community, and get valuable training from Dan.
